1️⃣ Order Cancellation

✔ Before Shipping

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase or before dispatch.
  • Contact support immediately to request cancellation.

❌ After Shipping

  • Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.

2️⃣ Return Policy

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

✔ Wrong product delivered
✔ Damaged/defective product received
✔ Manufacturing defect

➡ Return request must be raised within 3–7 days of delivery.

3️⃣ Non-Returnable Items

Returns will NOT be accepted for:
✘ Used products
✘ Physically damaged after delivery
✘ Customer damage
✘ Custom/limited edition items (if applicable)

4️⃣ Refund Process

  • Upon approval, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Refund time:
    • 5–7 business days depending on bank/payment gateway.

5️⃣ Replacement

If a replacement is available, we may provide replacement instead of refund.
